What is Conscious Stewardship?

• We deeply honor and respect the indigenous traditions of the Putumayo and the wisdom held in practice with ayahuasca through the Inga Lineage.
• We are committed to ethical and sustainable stewardship, ensuring the safety of everyone that visits and works with us and ensuring the continuity of the Inga Culture.
• We are deeply committed to improving the quality of life of everyone who visits or works at the Temple.
• We help to contribute to a better world and integrate the geographic, social and environmental concerns in all our work. Ensuring that we are giving back in reciprocity to our community.
• All gifts beyond what sustains the Temple, its ceremonies and its land are used to fund outreach programs and scholarships for individuals who struggle financially.
• We are committed to our staff and to providing an inspirational environment for personal health, wellness and development.

The original vision when we decided to create this temple was that we had to have reciprocity deeply written into the journey and within our purpose. Our temple is rooted in our local community, offering work to locals who desire to reconnect with love and compassion and with the Earth. Our processes are decentralized, collaborative, transparent, and open-sourced. We always listen to feedback on how we can improve and continue to share this wonderful gift with more people and continue to benefit our community.

We are dedicated to the ancestors and the Original Peoples of this planet who, from the beginning, advocated for love as the supreme force for healing and for deepening our connection to spirit and the Earth. Perhaps it is because of this relationship with the Earth’s biosphere, despite humanity’s careless and harmful behaviors, that our earth generously and compassionately offers us the opportunity to learn from entheogenic plant/fungi teachers, and to live cooperatively with nature and each other, and redeem ourselves.

Reciprocity is what keeps all of it going. Sharing the Wisdom, sharing the Knowledge and creating the ability to give back to our world is paramount to our being, which is why we offer scholarships, grants and sponsorship to certain members of our community based on necessity.
